ruling, executing and controlling the State and Government policy on:
Geological-Engineering research works applied to construction.
The designs for building and assembling activities.
Civil construction and Industrial assembly.
Maintenance and Rehabilitation of housing and city
planning.
The Maintenance of constructions.
The exploitation of civil, Industrial and road
constructions, and docking and dredging up works of State interest.
The industrial production of hydraulic and asphalt
concrete, and concrete elements.
The implementation of measures for controlling the
application of the General Housing Law, and the housing fund, dictating and promoting the
necessary regulations.
The Production and commercialization of products and
construction materials, except Cement.
