Audit Division

The specific duties of the Audit Division are as follows:

1. Planning and performing the audits to those entities under the System of the Ministry of Transportation.

2. Having the competent authorities in the audited entities determine the suitable measures in accordance with the results of the audits.

3. Ensuring, surveying and checking the fulfillment of the legal provisions and other regulations, issued by the Ministry of Finance and Price, as a ruling body for Audit in the country, in those entities within the MITRANS.

4. Suggesting to the corresponding organizing units, that they work out or check procedures, methods or measures leading to best develop the accounting , financial or organizational operations in the Unions, enterprises and other branches in the Ministry of Transportation.
