Proposing and ruling the application of the policity related to work with cadres within the System of the Ministry of Transportation.

Gathering, systematizing and keeping the legal provisions, either national or from international Bodies, related to the activities ruled by the Ministry of Transportation, up-to-date.
Assisting the Central Registry of Vessels and its corresponding sections.
Taking on the Secretariat of the Central Commission for the Ministry of Transportation as to granting and loss of Scientific Degrees.
