Division of Financial Planning

The specific duties of the Division of Financial Planning are as follows:

1. Checking and ensuring the raising and use of the centralized funds in domestic currency and free convertible currency in the System of the Ministry of Transportation.

2. Taking part in the control, from the economic and financial viewpoint, of the plans for the Transport Sectors from the People´s Power, in the general and individual policies for the transportation of cargo and passengers, the maintenance and the replacement of the automotive means and their main aggregates.

3. Studying and suggesting the possible money-saving sources in the different entities within the System of the Ministry of Transportation.

4. Determining and suggesting the use of the centralized wage fund reserve in the System of the Ministry of Transportation.

5. Drawing the balance sheet for all the Economy, of the products alloted to the Ministry of Transportation because of their balance nomenclature.

6. Guaranteeing the state duties related to Accounting and Price matters.
