We shall count on a technically advances, efficient, safe, comfortable, self-financed transport system, able to timely satisfy the increasing traffics of cargo and passengers, imposed by the country's social and economic development and with the status to suitably join the competition.

We shall intend to achieve high levels of multi-modal organization, as well as a sustained growth in the maritime field, aimed at facilitating the commercial exchange and the socio-economic development with the Iberoamerican and Caribbean countries.

We shall persist in our undertaking to preserve like new, to upgrade and lengthen, according to the needs, the national road network, protecting the beautiful scene of our countries, coasts and towns for the passengers´ sight.

We shall guide the training and development of the human resources harmonically with the performance level required by the transport progress, and based on environmental education, in order for them to control the impact of their activities, products or services on the environment and to keep a sustainable development.
